Decoration Times
Current decoration times on orders under 100 total pieces are running at 12-15 business days to ship. A few business days will be added to orders over 100 total pieces. Please see you sales representative for additional information.
Embelleshment
Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Marmot, Spyder Ski & The North Face (brands) can only be sold with embellishment (embroidered logos). Due to contractual agreements with the manufacturers these products cannot be sold blank.
(brands) prohibits placing logos, emblems, or designs on (brands) products that negatively impact (brands) including, without limitation, logos, emblems, and designs that are obscene, vulgar, advocate or display violence or illegal activity, and/or relate to the firearms and ammunition, tobacco, sex (including gentlemen’s clubs) and pornography industries. Also, (brands) are environmentally-conscious and socially and politically aware brands and reserves the right to prohibit logos, emblems, and designs that, in their sole and absolute discretion, run counter to, or are inconsistent with brand identity. The decoration of any garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any company or organization without the appropriate license and/or authorization of the company or organization is expressly prohibited.
Payments Accepted
We require all payments to be made in full before processing, decorating and/or shipping any merchandise. All orders are invoiced in US Dollars. We gladly accept all major credit cards, business checks, Apple Pay & PayPal.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are charged at 4.1 – 8.85% to orders shipping within Colorado. Sales tax will be waived for schools or organizations that are exempt from Colorado sales tax when we are provided a valid Colorado Sales Tax Exemption Certificate Form DR0563.

Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within the 50 United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). The exportation of Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Marmot, Spyder Ski & The North Face products outside of the U.S is prohibited.
Warranties / Returns
We do not offer any warranty or returns on Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Marmot, Spyder Ski & The North Face products. Blank Richardson brand hats can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for freight costs back to the shipping warehouse.
